The Humane Way: Vow to Oneness

In today’s world, we are seeing a leading paradigm driven by separation in which we have created our social structure in a very hierarchical way. We operate on a basis of othering, i.e., people , environment , species , gender , religion.

Anything that is not “me”, we call “other”. This mindset of discrimination or differentiation is generated by a false sense of separation, by a dualistic paradigm. What often occurs, as a result?

  • Conflict

  • Injustice

  • Excessive use of Authority

  • War

Why have we created systems that mean to contract us from ourselves, and from others, when our true nature is to expand?

As long as we operate with words, actions, thoughts, and relationships, that are not in alignment with our true nature, we experience the world that we have right now, which is very divided in our social reality.

The Humane Way: Vow to Oneness

Our nature is happiness. Our nature is freedom. It is not divided by singular mind-body individuals. We all share the exact same nature or being. When recognizing this sense of oneness, you wouldn't hurt it. You wouldn't speak down to it. You wouldn't feel less than it. You wouldn't abuse the power you have in it, because you would recognize every harmful action toward this shared nature is, in turn, the same harm inflicted upon yourself.

And so, my Vow is to change the leading paradigm of separation. My call is for leaders to create their businesses, social environments, and systems in ways that recognize our shared nature.

The Humane Way.
